To sharkspace's technicians especially MR.Aaron, thank you for helping me through out the problem on my fantastico issue( 40+ posts in 2 tickets, wow ) ... i really appreciate that ^_^

from my experiences with my past web hosting providers they never help me untill to this extend ( even replying takes 1 -> 2 days, >< )....

I am glad that i choose Sharkspace ^_^

Recently I have joined sharkspace.com, here I have found lots of technical stuff & now I am proud as I am also a part of sharkspace. I think sharkspace's technicians are doing good job as helping people like us. Also I will like to share my problems & getting new ideas here. though this is 2 years old already, getting feedback from old timers of this site makes me feel safe and secure on making a purchase.

customer service is very important for me since i sometimes becomes impatient when i can't solve everything on my own.

hope that when its my time to contact your support they will be fast in replying and attending to my need.
