I started using SharkSpace in early 2005. I have had absouletly no complaints. The support has been fast, the servers are fast and the uptime has been excellent.

One thing that I really like about SharkSpace is that they are proactive and are always updating to the new latest versions of software and they are always improving their features even in rough economic times like now. They just recently added r1soft backups which I find to be one of their best features.

Overall I would give SharkSpace and A+. The service I recieve is worth much more than the $10/m they charge me.

I can only agree but would like to add to your list that its a huge plus that SharkSpace gives news to there clients as soon there is any news to share for whatever reason. To resellers that becomes more important to be able to share any changes/problems with our own client base.

I have left other providers just for this reason ... not keeping me updated. SharkSpace does. :)

SharkSpace offers a lot more to their current customers and will always be welcome to new users. ;)

The hosting service must include system administration since it is shared by many users; this is a benefit for users who do not want to deal with it, but a hindrance to power users who want more control.
