Cancellation Department: Office Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday-Saturday | Central Time (US & Canada)
Live Help: Office Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday-Saturday | Central Time (US & Canada)
The new department hours allows SharkSpace to better serve client and potential client's sales, billing, abuse and cancellation tickets. The support department hours have not changed and remain 24/7/365.
