For anyone reading this thinking about signing up with Sharkspace for your host, here has been my experience so far.
I've been with Sharkspace since around the beginning of the year, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and responsiveness of the support team.
They are fantastic!
For example, just today, I accidentally deleted a core database on my site (dumb I know... I wasn't paying attention) and within minutes, they responded to my ticket and in less than 1/2 hour, they found last night's backup of my database, restored it to the site and I was back up and running.
I've been working online since 2001 and have been through my fair share of webhosts and the one thing that always drove me away from other hosts was not only downtime, but lack of support.
I'm not the type that needs hand-holding in my business, yet you absolutely have to be assured that when you do need help (like today), you need to know that support is going to be there.
