The SharkSpace payment policy has been updated. Below is the new policy (also in the terms of service (http://www.sharkspace.com/termsofservice.html)).

Changes:
Late fee has been changed from a standard value of $10 to 10%.

SharkSpace Payment Policy

3.2.1 Hosting Renewal charges will occur at the due date automatically. If automatic invoice charging on the due date fails or you fail to pay the invoice manually, Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 10 days past due. All accounts that are interrupted for being 10 days overdue will be charged a 10% late fee.
3.2.2 Invoices that have been paid more than once with multiple Paypal Subscriptions created by the client can only be added as credit towards the account and cannot be refunded via Paypal. All duplicate payments will automatically be added to the client's account as a credit by the billing system.

------------------------------------

Invoice Notifications by email:

-Initial invoice notification 4 days prior to your account due date.
-2 days overdue notification.
-4 days overdue notification.
-9 days overdue notification.

Important notes:

1) If you have a credit card on file your account invoice will automatically be charged the day the invoice is due. If you receive a credit card payment failure notice you must login to the SharkCenter Client Area manually and pay the open invoice.

SharkSpace will only attempt to charge your credit card once.

2) If you have a Paypal subscription it will re-bill automatically every month and automatically update in the billing system marking the invoice paid. Please note if you created the paypal invoice after your due date it will re-bill on that day every month. Example: If your account was 9 days overdue when you made your paypal payment and created the subscription you would then every month receive the 2, 4 and 9 day overdue invoice notifications, but your account will re-bill on day 9 and will NOT be suspended. It is not recommended that you do this, in case your payment fails. It is recommend that you make payment on the due date.

Common Questions:
-- Where is the billing system? It can be accessed on the top of nearly every SharkSpace page or you can access it directly via http://www.sharkspace.com/sharkcenter
