How can I restore a complete cpanel backup?

I am moving an account from another provider to SharkSpace. I was able to transfer the full cpanel backup file to my account. But I do not find any option to restore it. How do I proceed?

It is not possible to restore a full cPanel backup from your side. So please submit a ticket in our Help Desk so that we can restore the backup file for you.
