What do I use for mysql username when configuring my script?

I created a database from my cPanel and I entered the same database name in my script configuration. But it says can't connect to the database. I am not sure if I entered the details in the correct format?

Please note that the mysql username will have to be in the format: mysqlusername_accountusername

The same format has to be used for the database name also. ie., databasename_accountusername
