My script needs GD how do I use it/find/install it?

I have vBulletin script and in order to use CAPTCHA features, the FAQ says that I should have GD compiled in the server. How do I proceed for this?

GD is already installed in all shared servers, so you should be able to use it by default. If you have a VPS, please submit a Help Desk ticket and we will compile GD support for you.
