Please explain these terms better (listed at the bottom). I want to run 2 Wordpress websites and 1 Zen Cart with about 500 products. (This will be a new site and it may take some time before the traffic grows.)

Each page on wordpress calls the following pictures to form the template each time, the Zen Cart will be similar. Will this be a problem?

MY IP ADDRESS - - [24/Jan/2008:14:48:29 -0500] GET / HTTP/1.1

These are the terms I am concerned about violating. I don't know if the above senario would exceed any of these or not, please let me know.

12.14 The total number of inodes in an account may not exceed 50,000

12.15 A directory can not contain more than 2,500 immediate child files. This includes subdirectories themselves, but does not include files contained within those directories.

12.19 All users are restricted to 25 concurrent MySQL connections.

12.20 Database queries should not exceed 3,000 per hour

12.21 You may not consume more than 32 MB of RAM.

12.22 You may not utilize in excess of 15 seconds of CPU time.

12.24 You may not run more than 15 simultaneous processes.

The website you mentioned would not cause any issues and would easily be within the limits you asked about.

The only time we apply those limits is when an account is causing high load or crashing a server. With the scripts you mentioned you wont have any issues.

Please set my mind at ease by answering the following.

A directory can not contain more than 2,500 immediate child files.

What does that mean. My local test server has 40mb with 3500 files in 548 folders. This is the portion in the www folder.

---

All users are restricted to 25 concurrent MySQL connections.

Is the example I posted showing 1 page call an example of 13 concurrent MySQL connections? Would 2 people hitting a page at the same time exceed this?

--

You may not run more than 15 simultaneous processes.

I am just nervous because the host I am replacing keeps blocking my IP for no reason.

I think you are talking to my husband in WHT too. Sorry about that.

It means you can have up to 2,500 files per directory. There is no limiter on the server so this is a soft limit.

To reach the 25 limit you would need to have 25 users accessing the page at the exact same time. Some scripts are optimized so well that you can even have more than that. This is nothing to worry about for a normal site.

You will not need to worry about this limit. It can not be exceeded by traffic to your site.

The only way your IP can be blocked is if you have 25 login failures. All you would need to do is open a support ticket and we would permanently add your IP to the safe-list so it wouldn't be blocked again.

Thank you. You have been much more helpful than my current host. They don't have an answer in their support script and refuse to escalate the questions.
