Have been using SharkSpace to host my business site for about 3 years. Every time I've needed something, they've been quick to respond. My web site always seems to be up, my email works, and the control panel always works. No, I'm not a power user, but my site traffic is steadily increasing, and haven't experienced any major problems that weren't fixed quickly. The few times I've called for assistance, the responses have been very courteous and helpful. Since I've been running my own site (began in '96), I've had about a dozen hosts. Some were quite terrible, while others were quite expensive. SharkSpace seems to be able to provide very good quality at a reasonable price... They strike a good balance between cost and quality.
