I must say SharkSpace has been simply amazing so far. I moved my reseller account over 7 months ago to SharkSpace servers. I monitor every minute using pingdom and have had a total of 7 minutes downtime in 7 months :)

The server loads my pages extremely fast, which is a huge plus. The support is very good also. I have only used them twice, but they answered within 5 minutes each time.

I was hesitant when I saw there was no phone support, but it is not needed when the ticket response times are so quick. Most hosts dont answer their phones anyway :)

Sharkspace is indead strong. I keep saying that I wish that they get some servers located in europe .... then I would be completely happy.
The biggest plus in my vision is that they are on top of it when it comes to notify us whenever a problem is.
Sharkspace is the first to keep word.

Other hosts could realy drive me mad with regular answers AFTER I ask about it why some service is down. Even after I asked pre-sales if they would keep me informed if there are any problems .... they will all say yes but the fact is ..... no.

And like you said, sharkspace does not have many issues at all in the first place so to me it's a double win over other hosts.
