A. SharkSpace makes nightly backups of all your website files, emails, databases etc. The backup includes everything to restore your website to the condition it is now.

A. Yes, SharkSpace allows jailed shell access.

Q. Do you have any uptime statistics?
A. Currently we are filling a server a week, so uptime statistics are difficult to provide on a system that will be filled in less than a week. SharkSpace does have a public monitoring system being built currently that will show the uptime, load and service status of all our servers. This should be available within the next few months.


Q. Are shared and reseller accounts on the same server?
A. The majority of our servers have them separated, but some do have both by client request.


Q. Are your packages on the same server or does each package have a different server based on price?
A. All SharkSpace packages are installed on the same servers. We provide the same great quality of service no matter which package you order.
