To start I have been hosting with SharkSpace for exactly 1 year this month. I have split my review in 4 sections support, server, reliability and speed.
9.5/10 Support, the support department at SharkSpace is just amazing. They normally respond instantly to any questions I send them. There have been a few issues on live chat where I get disconnected. I don't know if its my fault our theirs.
10/10 Server The server seems very powerful, the load is hardly ever above .5 My sites load fast throughout the day.
10/10 Reliability My uptime report for the year I have been with Sharkspace say I had 99.98 percent uptime. I can't complain about that :)
10/10 Speed My pages load instantly. Enough said :)
Overall I would give SharkSpace 9.5 out of 10. They have a few minor things that could be improved with their system, but when it comes to hosting they are the best in my book.
