They have been great for me also. I kind of feel sorry for the staff because they have to answer all my questions :)

If I submit any ticket, they keep surprising me of the speed they reply.
It looks like it doesn't really matter if you set the priority to low or critical. I only experienced quick responses and always to the point and with a solution.

Unlike I experience with some other company where I still have no reply after 8 days .....
If SharkSpace would ever consider to add European located servers, I would take the jump immediately and leave the other company!

Thanks for the post. We actually now have servers on the East coast that use GlobalCrossing as a bandwidth provider so the speeds to Europe are very fast. Not quite the same as being in Europe, but fast enough.

Sounds interesting, can you publish an IP I can do a tracert on?
Normally I do "feel" the difference when I'm surfing on a server located in Europe or in USA but who knows ....
As a reseller it's always good to house all accounts under the same provider.

And honestly I'm already searching .... 8 days waiting to get replied on a support ticket that keeps me from installing an ssl certificate due IP assignment issues is just unacceptable.
(on the other host that is)

As you can see from the above 3 trace routes the speed is pretty fast from the West coast and Europe.

SharkSpace has been great for me also. They have been better than I have ever imagined. The server uptime and support is great.

I checked the load on the 5 servers where my 5 accounts are spread accross and they are:

.21, .18, .79, .65, .47

and thats the reason why I use Sharkspace, the servers are lightly loaded and fast. I couldnt seem to find that anywhere else.
