Please do the following to see where your Internet Service Provider is having issues:
1) Click on the Start Button| and select Run
2) Choose which operating system you have and type the corresponding command:
Win95/98/98SE/ME - Type: command
WinNT/2K/XP - Type: cmd
3) At the command prompt (blinking underscore cursor) type:
tracert www.yourdomain.com
4) Wait for the traceroute to complete and right click and select all. Then right click and copy. Then contact your ISP with the results.
