How to Upload from FrontPage

I know the user name and password to our new web site, but we were not given the directories where we need to post our files.

When we use the FTP from Sharkspace it does work, but when we up load with Front Page or DreamWever, we type our web site www.domain.com and we see NOTHING!

I'm having the same problem uploading from Frontpage. I have always been able to do this for years. (That's probably my problem... need to change programs.) Anyway, I am typing http://domain.com and the files upload fine. However, when I try to view the site at http://www.domain.com, the directory listings are popping up as if I don't have my index file. I have looked at filemanager and everything is there under the public_html folder. The weird thing, is that I can pull up the website by typing http://domain.com in the web browser.

I also keep periodically having errors pop-up that eludes to the frontpage installations not being installed. I check, and they are... I even re-install... I've tried to delete accts. in WHM and then re-create them. I am having this issue with one domain in particular. What could be my problem? Thanks. :(
