Does Sharkspace offer backups? If yes is it daily, weekly or monthly. Also do you charge for backups shuld we need to restore or site using them.

Yes, we take nightly backups. There is a fee to restore accounts since it is quite a time consuming task. There is no fee if we have to restore the account if the harddrive fails.

There are only nightly backups. You can get this backup by opening a sales ticket and they will invoice and restore the account. The charge is $20.

These backups are single files (and single server config files), so it is quite a task to restore a single account that is why there is a charge (it is much easier to restore the full server).
