Dedicated ip question

I am a reseller.

Just wondering if I purchase a dedicated ip and put my main site on it. Will my clients also be able to make use of my dedicated ip. Will their sites also show that dedicated ip in the tracert or whois records?

It would show their site in the whois records if you used it as a shared IP for your accounts only.
