Change the default SMTP port ?

Is it possible to change the default SMTP port for our e-mail server? My partner uses Telus here in Canada and they block port 25 on outbound e-mail traffic unless it is using their e-mail server. Thanks much.

All our servers also have port 26 open for you to use.
