The hosting company I used to use had a great user community due in large part to its user forum system, and I could often find answers to my questions already there and waiting for me (Unfortunately, that company was bought out, and the new owners deleted that forum system).

Thank you for the kind words. I also hope that the SharkSpace forums will turn into a "community". You can gain so much knowledge from what others post, that's what makes a community such a great resource.

The only issue is that they are very hard to get going. That's why we need all the SharkSpace members to post away ;)

John, Scott LOVES to be "bugged". :)

It is nice to have a closed forum to keep it a community. So we must all contribute and support one another as best we can.

I do love to be bugged as long as its not a holiday, weekend or a day that ends in y. No, I really do like helping others on any question, because there was a time when I had questions myself and I was fortunate enough to have people spend that extra time with me. But I cant take all the credit myself these days, I have a great support staff that I couldn't do without.
