SharkSpace has officially opened the Peer Support Forums located at:
http://www.forums.sharkspace.com/
The Peer Support Forums can only be accessed by SharkSpace clients. Please use the forum to ask all your non urgent questions. Most clients have the same questions, so if one person posts the question in the forum and it is answered then all the future people that have the same question will just need to do a search in forum to find the answer.
Do not post any data that you don't want others to see. That includes account passwords and usernames.
All SharkSpace clients are REQUIRED to register in the Peer Support Forum to receive server maintenance schedules, downtime reports, network maintenance schedules and all other important data regarding the company, server or network. You will NOT be notified by email unless you follow these instructions:

When you register you will need to verify your email address and then a SharkSpace moderator will verify and activate your account. Please allow sometime for this to be done.
