There has been a large change at Sharkspace. We hired several new lvl3 technicians that are experts in cPanel and Linux. They have replaced the lvl1 and lvl2 staff members. Now every time you contact Sharkspace you will be working directly with an expert in the industry.
The new highly trained staff came with a large price tag. To compensate we have modified the departments and office hours.
The new departments are:
Sales Department - Office Hours: Monday - Saturday |9 AM - 5 PM Central Time
Customer Service - Office Hours: 7 Days a Week |9 AM - 9 PM Central Time
The new customer service department will handle existing clients with any technical issue, account questions, billing issue or questions, domain or ssl questions, affiliate questions and any other non abuse or sales question.
Emergency Support - Office Hours: 24/7/365
Use the Emergency Support option if you have any urgent technical issue that requires immediate resolution. Non urgent issues please use the customer service department.
Live Help - Office Hours: Monday - Friday |9 AM - 5 PM Central Time
