If you are receiving this error it is most likely that you are trying to send email to a domain name
that is not hosted on the same server as your website (SharkSpace Server), but you have the domain created either in your WHM account or as an addon domain, but not in use on the SharkSpace server.
cPanel tries to lookup the email address in the server itself and fails since the domain is not resolved to the server. If you remove the domain that you are trying to send to from the SharkSpace server then you will be able to send email to it. Or you can host domain on the SharkSpace server and it will function correctly.
