Starting November 30th 2006 the SharkSpace support system will no longer accept tickets and ticket replies via email. All tickets must be created via:
http://www.sharkspace.com/contact.html
Once your ticket is created you will receive an email giving you an exact URL to where you can make a reply to your ticket.
Both of the above options are also located here http://www.sharkspace.com/helpcenter/
Why has the email feature been disabled?
Due to the following reasons SharkSpace had to make the switch:
1) It eliminates all spam that is sent to our system. This in turn will lessen the work load of our staff and give them more time to assist you.
2) We can now collect all the information we need to quickly resolve your issue. The information that is collected includes your domain name, your name, the server you are on, etc. Without this information it is nearly impossible for SharkSpace to answer most questions. With the new method of ticket creation all the necessary questions are asked.
3) Eliminates the possibility of email that did not arrive. You can now be sure that a ticket is created and you no longer have to worry if we received your question.
4) You can view every response to every ticket you create.
Will I still get emails when you reply to my ticket?
Yes, absolutely. You still will receive our responses as normal. The only difference is that you will not be able to reply to them via email. You will need to go to http://www.sharkspace.com/helpcenter/
